Fredericksburg Battlefield

Located in the City of Fredericksburg, just north of Spotsylvania County, one of the most one sided Confederate victories took place in Fredericksburg.  The confederate forces had the high ground at Marye's Heights just south of the Rappahannock river. The union army could not take the high ground away, and suffered one of their worst defeats. (2009)

Chatham Manor

Chatham Manor is a home located in Stafford County, VA.  This home was built in 1768, and was finished in 1771.  The house has been an important fixture in our community through its generations.  One of it most notable is its use as a Union Headquarters and field hospital during nearly the entire Civil War. The house still stands, and is in remarkable shape for its age.  The house is still open the public, so please stop by. (2009)
